Shipping Policy
Shipping & Processing
Missy & Pearl appreciates your business please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. This excludes weekends & holidays. All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or any US-based courier forwarding services.
Shipping Days
Orders are shipped through USPS Monday-Thursday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.
Pre-Shipment Status
If your order says pre-shipment. That just means your order has been packed and you’ve been sent a shipping number but your item hasn’t been received at post office yet. Sometimes the post office does not scan your packages right away. This does not mean your item has not been dropped off at the post office.
Tracking Packages
Packages are sometimes marked as DELIVERED in advance to speed up the courier’s personal route. We ask that you please allow up to 2 business days from the date your package is declared as delivered, for arrival. If this timeframes has surpassed 2 business days, and your package has still not arrived, please contact our Customer Service team at MissyandPearl.CS@gmail.com for assistance to resolve this matter.
Address Issues
Please double check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect or needs to be changed please email us ASAP at MissyandPearl.CS@gmail.com. Once the order is processed/shipped the address cannot be changed.
If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated/changed, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier USPS (United States Postal Service) to update your shipping address and/or reroute the package.
In the event your package is marked undeliverable by USPS (United States Postal Service) and returned to us. You will be refunded the cost of the items minus the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We will also send you an email informing you of the refund to the original payment method.
Package Delays
Please keep in mind that there are still worldwide supply and shipping delays as a result of COVID-19. Holiday season may also effect the shipping times of your package(s). Missy & Pearl is not responsible for any package delays once your package is dropped off to the post office. We apologize for the delays and appreciate your patience at this time. USPS may have more specific updates on shipment delays.
Lost packages
Missy & Pearl does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If your package is damaged, lost or says delivered but you have not received it, you can report a it to USPS (United States Postal Service) by filing a claim at the USPS claims site. Please follow up with us via email (MissyandPearl.CS@gmail.com) with your claim details so that we may assist you with the next steps. We also ask that you forward all additional details to our customer service email above. Undelivered lost packages, damaged or delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed.

Body Butter Shipping Policy for Spring and Summer Months (Melting Disclaimer)
Due to the increased temperatures during the spring and summer months. Our Body Butters may melt and lose its whipped consistency. This does not change the effectiveness of the product. Simply put the body butter in a cool place or refrigerator to allow product to solidify. Once the consistency has changed you may notice the butter is more dense and not fluffy allowing extra space in the container making it look less full. In an effort to prevent our body butters from melting, any orders that contain body butters will only be shipped out on Mon-Thurs to prevent them from sitting over the weekend. Please refrain from allowing your packages to sit outside in warm/hot weather to minimize the chance of it melting. Missy & Pearl does not accept any responsibility for body butters that have melted during shipping.
