- Where are you located?
- We are located in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Which company are the orders shipped through?
- We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Can I make changes to my order once it’s placed?
- Unfortunately we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. We may of course process a cancellation of your current order if it has not been processed/fulfilled. For any cancellations please contact customer service at info@missyandpearl.com ASAP. Once an order is processed/shipped it cannot be canceled. Before checking out be sure to double check your order and mailing address.
- Will I receive tracking once my order has shipped?
- Yes, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If your tracking hasn't updated, don’t worry it can sometimes take a couple days for the tracking number to update. In some cases, USPS may not scan the package at all or may scan it incorrectly. In very rare cases may even be scan it as delivered when they haven't delivered it yet.
- Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?
- At this time we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed. Please double check your items before checking out.
- What is the best way to contact Missy & Pearl?

- Are there any extra fees associated with using a gift card or prepaid card?
- There is an extra fee determined by the card company that is charged when using a gift or prepaid card. The fee goes to that company.
- Are any of your products for facial use?
- We do not currently make any products specifically to be used on the face, however if you do intend to use any of our products on your face we suggest patch testing a small area first and waiting at least 12 hours to see if a reaction occurs before using on entire face.
- Do you offer private label?
- We do not currently offer private or white label products for wholesale.
- What ingredients are used?
- Ingredients are listed under each product. Be sure to read all the Disclaimers and Safety Allergy section before purchasing. All disclaimers are located in the homepage at the very bottom of the page. Click disclaimers to read them.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes?
- We currently do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or any US-based courier forwarding services.
- Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
- While all of our products are generally considered safe, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as with all skincare products we strongly recommend that you check with your obstetrician or physician for proper medical advice prior to use.
- How do I stay updated on upcoming sales?
- We send sales out through email. Please subscribe to our mailing list on our home page at the very bottom of the page. Don't worry we hate spam just as much as you, we won't spam you. You can also follow us on social media for sales and special promos deals. Some discount codes may only be listed on our social media accounts. Follow us @MissyandPearl on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- When are products restocked?
- If an item you want is sold out. Click the notify me button and enter your email and you will receive an email the moment it is restocked. Restock dates vary and are announced via our social media platforms, email newsletters, and website. At this time, we do not offer any pre-orders. - What products can I use on babies?
- We recommend our unscented body butters, unscented soaps and unscented oils for ages 1 year old and up. Before using products on children and babies please read our Safety and Allergy Disclaimers and use precautions when introducing new products to children and babies.
